Overall Job Responsibilities:
This position is based out of the Akron/Canton area and will be responsible for ensuring that clinical supervision is occurring according to The Red Zone's needs and licensing requirements. Must ensure established agency procedures are followed and that clinical standards that are set for treatment planning, the delivery of individual case management services, group and psycho-educational data, discharge planning, and referral services are met. Also responsible for planning, implementing and/or coordinating all treatment services delivered to clients. Collaboration and coordination with both internal and external resources are crucial to ensure successful client outcomes. Direct supervision of all program counselors and counselor Interns.
Salary: Continent upon experience
Experience: 3-5 years
LISW-S/LPCC-S, needs to have an active license with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and MFT Board.

The essential functions of this role will be providing acute services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned clients at designated school, home and community locations.
